What We Do

Dry Pre Vacuuming

The first important stage of any cleaning process is to remove as much soiling as possible before wetting the upholstery or carpet.
Main traffic areas will receive particular attention. Around 80 to 85% of all soiling in the carpets is dry particulate, dust/grit type soiling.
A commercial vacuum cleaner with powerful suction is used to achieve this.

Hot water extraction

The most widely used system used in carpet and upholstery in cleaning today, although dry cleaning is becoming evermore popular.

Hot water extraction works by a cleaning solution being applied to the fibers of either carpet or upholstery.
The hot water extraction machine injects warm water into the fibers and retrieves the loosed soils/dirt.
This method is one of the deepest methods to clean carpet and upholstery.

flooding

The hot water extraction machine can also be used after the event of flooding due to burst central systems, pipes or radiator leaks.

bonnet carpet cleaning / low moisture / dry cleaning

Bonnet cleaning is a system that can be used on low profile carpeting and hard floors.
A rotary machine is used in conjunction with bonnet pads to remove the dirt.
Cleaning solution is applied to the bonnet pad and the surface what is intended to be cleaned.
The machine is then run over the surface of the area, residual soiling transfers from the carpet/hard floor to the bonnet pad.
This system has very quick drying times but only suitable for low profile carpets

Carpet cleaning / encapsulating / low moisture / dry cleaning

This method uses an encapsulating solution which is sprayed directly onto the carpet, a machine with osculating brushes is used to agitate the carpet and loosen the dirt.
The solution is then allowed to dry and after crystallization occurs the soiling/dirt can be easily removed with vacuuming.

This system has very quick drying times but only suitable for low profile and deep piled carpets.

Leather cleaning

The first part of the process involves the removal of the dirt, grease and general grime.
A cleaning solution is worked in to the leather, then using cloths the grime is removed leaving it dirt free.
After this first process is complete a rich conditioning wax feed is applied to the leather which softens and improves the appearance of fine cracks and scratches.
